Los Angeles sedia neste domingo (9) a 74ª edição do Globo de Ouro, que elege os melhores do ano do cinema e da televisão. A grande homenageada da edição é Meryl Streep, que receberá o prêmio Cecil B. DeMille para artistas que estão na indústria do cinema há anos. O humorista Jimmy Fallon apresentará a cerimônia.
O filme La La Land – Cantando Estações lidera as indicações, concorrendo em sete categorias, seguida por “Moonlight: Sob a Luz do Luar” com seis, “Manchester À Beira-Mar” com cinco, “Florence: Quem é Essa Mulher?” e “Lion – Uma Jornada Para Casa” que disputam prêmio em quatro.
Em 2016, o ator Wagner Moura concorreu na categoria Melhor Ator em série dramática pela atuação em Narcos. Desta vez o Brasil não terá nenhum representante na premiação.
A cerimônia será transmitida pelo canal pago TNT, a partir das 22h.
